The 2 pictures above show the right side view after painting the whole ceramic layer main frame body using anti heat resistant paint. The fan function from right side is to control the temperature and maintain temperature inside box depend on user setting.
This part is control panel and control box. Control panel is design to locate all of button and switching from circuit and power supply. From the control panel, we can see the control panel divide is to 3 partition like Timer circuit, Heat Control Relay circuit and Heat Monitoring circuit.Control box function is protect and locate all of circuit inside it.The making of control panel and control box is using arcylic and use cutter and jigsaw to make it completely.
From this picture, I make a testing for electrical component like power window motor to make sure the function and rotate inside box without any fault. Second, I make a testing for light to make sure the lighting can give and produce the heat inside box without any fault and make a testing for make sure the heat that produce by bulb cannot damage the shoes or any things inside the box.
