INTRODUCTION ABOUT THE SYSTEM

Daily activities carried out by us during the rainy season or the weather, wear the shoes we will get wet, making it difficult for us to move to a place, and remove unpleasant odors at our feet. The wet shoes will produce a bad smell in the foot because of wet socks also causes condensation in a closed shoe.

          Wet shoes and wet it, must be dried quickly in the last 24 hours after the rain. Delay for drying wet shoes can cause a foul odor as the bacteria in wet shoes.
The failure to dry the shoes as well, cause we cannot use it the next day. Less hot weather did not help us to dry shoes quickly.

There are several factors why the wet shoes must be dry quickly:

i.          to effectively remove wet, sweat and odor from footwear and gear

ii.         reduced the total amount of bacteria, fungus and attack moisture,

iii.     eliminates odor-causing bacteria and arrests the development of mold and mildew that can deteriorate materials, extending your investment in your valuable footwear and gear.

If the owner does not dry shoes shoes quickly and correctly, shoes will not last long as well as cause discomfort in the foot. This will result in the growth of bacteria if not in the wet shoes dry quickly.

OBJECTIVE OF THE SYSTEM

The goal of this project is to create a system that;
1)      Dry wet shoes quickly using heater and fan through blower piping.
2)      Eliminate bacteria and fungus by using Ultraviolet light and infrared.
3)      Eliminates odors caused by perspiration and bacteria using DC Brushless fan.
4)      Extends the life of footwear and gear through air chambers to dry footwear naturally.

This project attempted to fabricate and design a product of electrical for health especially our foot care. This product remove wet and sweat from footwear, eliminates odor causing bacteria, and promotes comfort and health. The product circulate air for thorough drying, gentle, thermal convection rises through AirChambers to dry footwear naturally.

The name of these project is GO!Shoes Dryer Rack it function to dry the shoes and eliminate all the bacteria. Using the Ultraviolet (UV) light technology built into the GO!Shoes Dryer Rack helps eliminate bacteria and other contaminants that cause odor, skin irritation and deterioration of materials. As contaminants come in contact with UV light, they are “neutralized” by it. Harmless to humans, this technology in the GO!Shoes Dryer Rack makes it a mighty handy little traveling companion that benefits your health, as well as your comfort.
