RESULT OF PROJECT

Lastly, I'm very appreciate because my objective is achieved where by this system can drying wet shoes, wet clothes, socks and many things.

WEEK 13 & WEEK 14 (FINISHING,TESTING & PROJECT DATA SPECIFICATION)







The pictures above show top view and front view of the project. We can see no labelling or safety warning at the system. Beside that, all the wiring already connected and be ready to run and testing








The pictures above show after make and locate the safety warning and labeling at main power supply, labeling at control panel, labeling at control box and labeling at danger part in system.

WEEK 11 & WEEK 12 (HARDWARE,ELECTRICAL & ELECTRONICS)






The pictures above show the top view of project where the control box and control panel be located. Inside the control box has all of  3 circuit to protect the circuit from any damaged or fault to function.





From the pictures above, we can see the heating coil and heating fan that controlled by Heat Sensor Monitor circuit. The heating fan will blow hot air that produce heat by heating coil and the blast of hot air will  be channeled through a pipe flow inside box. The  sensor of Heat Monitor circuit will monitor the temperature and show the value of temperature by 7-segment display.




WEEK 9 & WEEK 10 (HARDWARE,ELECTRICAL & ELECTRONICS)

TIMER RELAY CIRCUIT COMBINE WITH  
HEAT SENSOR RELAY (Thermistor) AND 
HEAT MONITORING SENSOR CIRCUIT 
(DS18B20-Digital Sensor)



The pictures above show all of  3 circuit  using in this system to completely this project. At this time, I make a testing for this 3 circuit to ON and OFF in order to make sure this circuit can function 100% without any fault and checking circuit to make sure not have any short circuit on the board. The first partition for control panel and control box, will locate the voltage regulator and Timer Relay Circuit. Timer Relay Circuit will control all of the power source in order to cut off supply at Heat Sensor Relay and Heat Monitoring Sensor. 
The second partition, will locate the Heat Sensor Relay to control brushless fan at right side and left side. The third partition, will locate Heat Monitoring Sensor to control the heating coil and heating fan otherwise show value of temperature inside box.




This pictures show the voltage regulator 12VDC at the back at right side picture and 5VDC  in front 12VDC voltage regulator. This voltage regulator is use to step down the voltage from supply to be provided to all circuit. All of  3 circuit use supply 12VDC and 5VDC supply used to power window motor for rotating shoes inside box. From 240VAC, will convert to 19VDC/3.6Amps using AC to DC converter. From 19VDC will step down 12VDC/3Amps and 5VDC/3Amps  using voltage regulator.







The first picture above show, from voltage regulator 12VDC , will connect to give supply for first partition Timer Relay circuit. At the control panel, we can see two green button and variable resistor 10kOhm. The part is from Timer Relay circuit. The left green button is RESET button to reset time and right green button is START button. When the START button pressed, the time will counting to OFF the system after finish all process. The variable resistor is to set the time you want to finish up all process when drying shoes. The maximum time to finish up all process is 6 minutes. Beside the Timer Relay circuit is Heat Sensor Relay circuit. This circuit use 12VDC and the function of circuit is used to control ON/OFF and maintain the temperature inside the box.






When the Timer Relay start button is pressed, the relay will trigger to ON for start counting  time to cut off all the power supply in systems. The LED 1 Timer Relay will ON to show process what is happening in the system. After finish all the process, the LED 1 will turn OFF to show all the process is completely finish because counting time in IC Timer Relay has run out..

WEEK 7 & WEEK 8 (ELECTRICAL & ELECTRONICS)

HEAT MONITORING SENSOR CIRCUIT 
(DS18B20-Digital Heat Sensor)



The picture above show the Heat Monitoring Sensor controller relay with display and USB power support. The sensor are using in this circuit is digital sensor DS18B20. This digital sensor can detect temperature from -55Celcius until 125Celcius. The digital sensor controlled by microchip ATMEL AT89C2051

This circuit operates like a thermometer, it can senses the temperature by placing the sensor to the target and display the reading at 7-segment display. It can also operates like an adjustable thermostat with  dual outputs. This circuit function in this project is to control heating coil and heating fan. For example, when temperature  set up 50Celcius,the heating coil and heating fan will ON until sensor detect 50Celcius. After temperature reach 51Celcius, the heating coil and heating fan will turn OFF. So, this circuit will help to monitor temperature and supply heat inside box in order to dry wet shoes.
