WEEK 2 (HARDWARE PART)

   

All of 3 pictures above is the part to placing shoes inside the rack. Below picture show the port to mounting shoes base at the center axis.Shoes base rotate in one way using power window motor.First picture is top cover ceramic of main frame body.At the center top cover have a bearing and hole to mounting the base shoes which is the base shoes not excluded from original axis.

Left and right picture show the all part of main frame body where it has been mounted  with ceramic layer.Ceramic layer mounted at main frame body using rivet and inside the ceramic layer were stratified with layers of aluminum to reflect heat in the rack.

This pictures show left and right ceramic layer cover has been made of the air hole to place a fan in order to control the temperature inside the box while deodorize the shoes in the box.The fan is brushless fan to blow air and circulate the air inside the box.Fan specification is 12VDC, 0.16Amp.
